A deposit is a security payment that we keep for the period that members are staying with us, which we can use to cover unpaid rent or to pay for damages caused by members.
The amount of the deposit varies between one monthly rent for Fixed Desks and Team Desks, up to 2-3 monthly rents for bigger teams and offices.
If a member decides to leave us, we transfer the deposit back , if there are no losses and damages.
