This rule is crucial to the community. We don't try to attract talent from other companies that are members of the Puzl community. It's reckless and unhealthy for everyone.
Attempting to do this will lead to you being immediately excluded from Puzl, a termination of your contract and loss of your deposit, which we'll then transfer to the other company as a compensation.
What if a company tries to recruit me?
If a company from Puzl approaches you and tries to recruit you refuse to speak to them citing this term and then immediately notify us.
What if I want to recruit someone who is no longer an employee of a company in Puzl?
In this case, you have two options:
- Talk to their previous employer to confirm they won't have anything against it.
- Wait for at least 2 months after they've left their company before recruiting them.
