If the screen of the arcade is black or shows a bunch of mumbo-jumbo console lines you'll have to, wait for it... turn it off and on again. Not joking.
Just unplug the power cord and plug it back in.
If that doesn't fix it, please submit a support ticket or visit the Floor Manager on your floor.
